All the staff at 121 Squadron are volunteers. The team is led by Flt Lt Ian Crewe RAFVR(T) with other posts such as Adjutant, Training officer, Supply officer etc. being filled with other RAFVR(T) Officers, Adult Warrant officers (AWO) Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and Civilian Instructors (CI).

The staff are all volunteers and come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from ex service personnel, police officers, engineers all the way through to airline pilot.

Of course none of the squadrons activities would be possible without the dedication of the staff, who give up their Tuesday and Friday evenings and many weekends to help run the unit.
