Sgt Russ Russell, of the Motivational Outreach team for the Armed Forces Careers Office (RAF) in the Coventry and Warwickshire area. Is running an Air cadet Poster Competition and he wants all the Squadrons within the Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing to submit their own designs.
The aim of the challenge is for each Squadron to produce an A4 sized poster promoting the ATC. All entries have to be submitted to Sgt Russ Russell at the following address by 30 Jun 11:

Entries will be checked and scrutinised by OC AFCO Coventry, with the winning Squadron being presented with an IPOD (to be presented by the OC of the winning Sqn on our behalf to an individual) and a trip to RAF Shawbury High Ropes Facility at some point during the summer, for up to 12 Cadets plus staff.
Whilst all this is going on, the other AFCO's within the Region will be running their own competitions. Successful entries from their respective Sqn's will be checked by the relevant OC and the overall winning Squadron within the Region will be presented with a ticket for 4 people to attend a VIP Tour of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
All five regional posters will be checked by SO2 Recruiting WM&CW, with the successful poster being publicised in the ATC Magazine along with being utilised by yourselves and RAF Recruiters at School Careers Fairs, shows and any other event where the ATC can be publicised.
