Gareth Bradbury has recently been promoted to Cadet Warrant Officer (CWO). His appointment effective from the 10 December 2002 was announced in January 2003. Gareth who joined the Squadron in May 1997 has successfully progressed through the cadet ranks and now joins the list of the privileged few that have held the highest possible Air Cadet rank.

Having got to the top, it's not the end of the line for Gareth, far from it. In May he will be attending a weeks Gliding Scholarship course at RAF Little Rissington. Gareth will also continue in his role as the Drum Major of the Squadrons band. More importantly, as the Squadrons Cadet Warrant Officer, Gareth will be expected to take on additional responsibilities and assist the adult staff with the day to day running of the unit. He is currently acting as the assistant to the Squadron Training officer.
