The cadet had two problems.  Firstly, she couldn't get the hat off.  Secondly, she'd lost the big D that went on the front of it.

A shortage of berets has resulted in a radical new concept in cadet headdress.

The risk assessment did say that that we should cone off all dangerous areas before proceeding..
